Deadlines
We do our best to support local arts events. To do this, we circulate event information to our arts community and various media outlets. These things take a little preparation... It is CRUCIAL that we get your event info early! If your information is not received by the times below, we will not be able to add your event to the Arts Programme.
WEDNESDAY 24 OCTOBER 2018 - MAXIMUM COVERAGE (The Best option)
We will be able to include your event in ALL of our upcoming output.
Your event information will be:
SUNDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2018 - LAST CHANCE FOR PRINT (The Next Best Option)
We won't be able to pass on your event information to tourism, but your event information will be:
THE MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT - (Online Only)
Information must be submitted at least a week before your event-month begins. For example: If your event takes place in December, you must submit your information before the last week of November. Please note, this is the minimum notice you may give.

Please download the pdf form below. Your filled-out pdf form and relevant images can be mailed physically to Arts Whakatāne, P.O. Box 599, Whakatāne, or digitally as an email attachment to jdaveyemms@gmail.com.

NOTE: The information you enter in the form will be used for media relating to your event. We assume that submitted forms are reliable sources of information, so do make sure your event details are correct. Event descriptions may be edited by Arts Whakatāne.
